The Bio-Eco Company its interested in take a new market way, for this they need to analyze the competence that they are going to deal through a markets investigation, that Will not only make know what to expect about this new market target, but it Will also provide a reflection about the practices that are being develop in the hometown, that in this case is Bogotá Colombia. For this purpose, instruments like personal polls to a sample of people that live in residential units in this location were used to identify the things that the company are making in a wrong way, allowing analyze what need to be improved and implement at the time of providing their services in this new market. At the same way, a marketing plan was made where the company’s environment is analyzed in base to the next matrix models : MEFE (External Factors Evaluation Matrix), MEFI (Internal Factors Evaluation Matrix), and profile competence matrix, after performing the analysis and get the conclusions about the strength, weakness, opportunity, threat and the competitive profile of the company, the corporative and Access, value, and education strategies are considered to identify the market the Bio-Eco Environment Engineering Company going to for achieve the Brand positioning in Ibague city for the year 2019
