In the context of organizational and work psychology it is important to check if the perceived performance level is related to the performance perception and justice. This information can contribute to the achievement group goals being consistent to the justice perception and organizational performance. The main objective of this investigation was, precisely, to analyze the relationship between heuristic justice and perceived performance in different work contexts in Ibague city. The results suggest there is a relationship between justice and performance perception; on the other hand, a clear relationship was not found between justice and trust in the organization. Also, there was found a negative relationship between perceived justice and age; however, this correlation can be explained by related variables with the difference between the sampling of the different enterprises. One can assume that with age the justice perception diminishes.
