The Association of women of the district of Santiago Pérez – AMUSAPER is an organization that seeks from its initiatives as agricultures and future entrepreneurs in the textile, show in their community how they have come to unite women who want individual progress, but also give their community a partnership that generates employment and new socioeconomic resources. Convert AMUSAPER to a national reference point, separating the historical events of the armed conflict that marked the community and giving the municipality of Ataco – Tolima and the district of Santiago Pérez a look of progress and as they themselves can develop good practices for overcome the armed conflict. This work of degree contains a compilation of the most relevant events of the armed conflict in Colombia, making a special approach to Tolima and then arriving to the municipality of Ataco as a central area for the investigation. In this area of the department on the sidewalk of Santiago Pérez was given the organization AMUSAPER, an approach is made to their communicative processes in an internal and external way, as they have managed to make visible their association, showing their main actors who have constantly encouraged and supported to finally give a story that tells how they emerged, who are as they were affected by the armed conflict and as with this organization gave their sidewalk a prospect of progress and development.
