The purpose of this work is to systematize the organization and management models of the 2019 University Art Show, leaving a guide for future practices on circulation and dissemination of visual plastic and visual arts. An art show is understood as an exhibition of a certain number of works in an exhibition hall with a specific purpose. A case study methodology was implemented in order to know and understand the administrative functions of this project, allowing to obtain as a result of a properly planned model, organized and executed correctly. It is important to be clear how to start developing an Art Show, what are its basic concepts, its purpose and what should be taken into account for its development, including materials, logistics, budget, advertising, assemblies, and other activities that this entails. The development of this work allowed to know the benefits that students and other spectators can have when appreciating and implementing in their lives the artistic and cultural issues, in addition to understanding the differences that exist between a museum, an art room, a fair, a gallery and an art show.
