The following work, carried out from the investigative assistance modality, exposes the positioning of the internationalization culture of the Bureau of International Relations ORI Internations, of the University of Ibagué, with the objective of optimizing the Successful experiences through strategic communication, as a tool for the articulator of the applied case study to identify and analyze implementation of the guidelines developed in the systematization and categorization of the successful experiences, from the Customer Relationship Management model. This applied research is developed to accommodate the modality of assistance. research project; "Strategic Planning as a factor of success in the development of the development of the internationalization subsystem of the Relations Office of the University of Ibagué. Definition of a roadmap for the 2028 Vision Achievement" inscribed in the Unidere research group, Sciences of the University's international relations office. It was carried out with in order to comply with the socialization of the different activities in the field of internationalization of the institution corresponding to the established guidelines by the National Accreditation Council, in order to strengthen internationalization of the university. For this purpose, the design of communicative tools is indispensable. that allow to socialize with the academic community, the different activities that in of internationalization, have been promoted by the ORI. In addition to this, the worked on the creation of a framework and diagnostic reference in management of the main strategic categories of internationalization, with the aim of improving the to provide meaningful knowledge and learning that will enable the development of the appropriation of experiences, their theoretical understanding and their application in the future, thought from a transforming perspective from the communication.
