The present work has as objective to realize a diagnosis and to elaborate a marketing plan for Distribuciones Venus, company dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of diverse types of footwear, wanting to make a change in its address of marketing, since this can not be indistinct to a clear and orderly process of strategic planning, which systematically processes information to identify and evaluate the most relevant external and internal variables, as well as its impact on the growth and sustainability of the organization in a highly competitive market. In the development of the work, a diagnosis was made that describes the current situation of the company and based on this, the objectives and marketing strategies are proposed in order to achieve the economic and positioning objectives set.
