Resumen
Currently there are several learning methodologies, one of these is ludification, also known as play-based learning. The objective of this research was to design ludic tools that support the topics of product design, capacity planning and distribution by process in the subject of Operations Management I; for the design of these, the methodology of Gamificación Canvas was used, and later it was evaluated using statistical tools if the activities with ludic approach favored the perception of the teaching-learning method. The results of these tests allow accepting the proposed hypothesis, concluding that the playfulness of the product design improves in average a 15% the student's perception and the capacity planning one a 21.2%; the last playfulness, due to the current sanitary crisis by the COVID 19, could not be applied to students of Industrial Engineering, as a result of this, it was only applied a survey of perception of the teaching learning method. Likewise, it was evidenced that students feel that the proposed methodology is more stimulating, pleasant and striking in comparison to the master class.
