Resumen
In a society that changes rapidly over time, staying and adapting to dynamic market changes has become one of the main priorities of an organization, therefore, it has been considered important to carry out an in-depth research work around of the different quantitative and qualitative methods that currently exist and that complement the traditional methods applied to the principles of Leadership and planning when evaluating the performance of a quality management system under the specific standard ISO 9001: 2015 . This was carried out from the execution of four methodological stages that gather a bibliographic consultation, a definition of criteria of the existing control models, both quantitative and qualitative, followed by a selection of the tool or strategy with the necessary characteristics to provide a solution to the objectives with an emphasis on the principles of leadership and planning, and that allowed the design of an integrated model for the control of the implementation of paragraphs 5 and 6 of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard focused on leadership and planning. The adequate management of principles such as Leadership and planning have a decisive influence on the responsibility, direction and promotion of organizational improvement, as well as the integration of the requirements of the quality management system, in the business processes of the organization (Colombian Technical Standard, 2015). Therefore, it is necessary to propose the integration of quantitative and qualitative methods for the measurement and control of a management system under the ISO 9001: 2015 model, creating a method that allows integrating different techniques applied to numbers 5. Leadership and 6. Planning.
