This document gives account of a theoretical review on the importance of family participation in organizations to achieve an adequate work-family reconciliation, providing a healthy work environment and a high level of employee satisfaction with their organization. The family environment is an important part of an individual's life, if problems occur at home, this can directly influence the performance of the collaborator in the company; In the same sense, when meeting demanding demands in the workplace, suchas hours with little flexibility, few incentives, a precarious work environment or poor interpersonal relationships with other collaborators, a conflict can occur that can cause stress, low levels of effectiveness, job dissatisfaction, among other aspects; Based on the contributions of various authors and research carried out on the subject, it is considered of great importance to have reconciliation policies between family and work, so that a balance is sought that allows the worker to integrate properly These two areas of life are so relevant. Finally, the work approaches the importance of employee satisfaction in relation to family-work reconciliation, which will determine how productive and committed employees will be in their organizations.
