It is proposed to design plans to strengthen the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health of the Mayor's Office of Ibagué using the leadership, support and performance evaluation requirements. The work consists of 6 chapters where the recommendations of the system are extracted, proposals are elaborated, plans are designed for each of the requirements, the budget is established and finally the conclusions are made. The current weaknesses of the integrated management system were extracted from the reports of the procedure of requests, Complaints, Claims and Suggestions (PQRS), recommendations registered in the Single Form of Progress Report to Management (FURAG), the review by the Management, the monitoring of the administrative risk map, the virtual chat management report and the surveys for the period May - August 2020 and the monitoring of the Anticorruption and Citizen Service Plan for the period May - August 2020 published on the Mayor's Office page, with in order to improve the negative aspects of the system and to achieve continuous improvement in the processes. The following plans were established: leadership requirement plan, resource plan, training plan, internal communication plan of the System and performance evaluation plan, each containing a schedule according to the activities and commitments with the respective budget. The importance of the mayor's and senior management's commitment to achieve the proposed objectives and goals is evident.
