This work was intended to support research on the characteristics of performance management related to the well-being of collaborators in organizations in Colombia, Ecuador and Mexico, which consists of investigating the characteristics of performance management systems and the variables that are studied in the welfare of the collaborators. The sample consisted of 1.124 participants. The instrument that was applied consisted of 39 items to learn about psychological well-being, 17 of subjective well-being, 33 of social welfare and 34 of performance management practices on the Likert scale. The results indicate that the best average welfare dimensions presented in collaborators are purpose in life, mastery of environment, personal growth, social integration and social contribution, with social welfare having the highest score in the study. And with regard to performance management practices, the ones that gained a better perception were recruitment, selection and training. For their part, the ones that obtained a lower perception were the compensation and the description of the position.
