Resumen
The following document subjective well-being, happiness and their components were studied, with the aim of knowing the relationship that this reference has in the performance of collaborators. This research was carried out in four organizations with 412 collaborators from the city of Ibague. For data collection, a battery of questions regarding well-being and job performance was used. The results show that the workers related to this research have a MediumGood level of stability and therefore happiness in their work and thus, a direct relationship was found between the happiness of the collaborators and their performance at work, demonstrating that whether the employee feels satisfied or not, the work he performs influences the performance.
