Resumen
The objective of this research was to generate an implementation model that integrates ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards in a soil, asphalt and concrete laboratory in the city of Ibagué, Colombia. To achieve this objective, a qualitative, cross-sectional and exploratory research design was used, using a descriptive and propositive method. The result obtained shows the construction of an implementation model that not only integrates the requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017, but also presents different technical and quality tools for the execution of the model step by step. The conclusions drawn from this research lead to the identification of a clear alternative for implementing standardization standards, which on one hand certify the quality of the system and its processes (ISO 9001), while the other, accredits your technical knowledge (ISO/IEC 17025) related to your products or services offered. It is important to note that the soil, asphalt and concrete laboratories have a Quality Management System, accredited with ISO 9001:2015; however, this system must be updated to incorporate the proposed implementation model in this research. Finally it is clarified that, the scope of this research is limited to the generation of the model. For subsequent investigations resulting from this study, an evaluation of the generated model will be carried out.
