Without a doubt, science is one of the fundamental aspects of today's world. Advances, both scientific and technological, are present in all fields and in each of the daily actions carried out in today's society. Therefore, organizations must face a dynamic environment where innovation is essential for the success of the business in this case the baking sector. In addition, making an organization have the ability to innovate is directly related to a continuous flow of new ideas with the ability to respond to opportunities for new products and technologies.
