dc.descriptionLa investigación Técnicas de Persuasión Aplicadas al Cierre de Ventas fue desarrollada mediante una metodología de corte cualitativo, a través de una revisión bibliográfica sistemática, en la cual se investigaron los principales autores que han realizado aportes significativos al tema de estudio. En el desarrollo de la investigación se recopilan y exponen las principales técnicas que de manera útil y practica pueden ser aplicadas por cualquier empresa en su ejercicio comercial . Es por esta razón que se hizo necesario, la investigación de teóricos que por sus estudios realizados en los campos del marketing y la psicología, dieron soluciones y aportes significativos en la construcción de este tipo de herramientas. Al terminar de leer esta investigación el lector podrá comprender la relación de las dos disciplinas psicología y marketing en el ejercicio comercial. Con la investigación realizada se construyó un manual práctico en donde se pueden consultar de una forma intuitiva las diferentes técnicas haciendo de este manual una herramienta de consulta útil y fácil dees_CO
dc.description.abstractThe Persuasion Techniques applied to Sales Closure research was developed using a qualitative cutting methodology, through a systematic bibliographic review, in which the main authors who have made significant contributions to the subject of study were investigated. In the development of the research, the main techniques that can be applied in a practical and practical way can be applied by any company in its commercial exercise are collected and exposed. It is for this reason that it became necessary, the research of theorists who, due to their studies in the fields of marketing and psychology, gave significant solutions and contributions in the construction of this type of tools. After reading this research, the reader will be able to understand the relationship between the two psychology and marketing disciplines in the business year. With the investigation carried out, a practical manual was constructed where the different techniques can be consulted in an intuitive way making this manual a useful and easy to understand consultation tool for anyone who wishes to improve their negotiation skills.en
