Resumen
The following systematic review presents a characterization of some coordination models proposed in the literature for health service networks in the world. Within the concept of care coordination, each of the measures found is described, according to the perspectives found: patient / family, health professional, or representatives of the system. Secondary information sources were used: scientific articles, books, book chapters and thesis available in the Google scholar, pubmed and scopus databases. 40 definitions of care coordination were obtained, as well as four care coordination frameworks: Anderson's behavior framework, Donabedian model, organizational design model and relational coordination model. Finally, the proposals to measure the coordination of care based on the description and classification of measuring instruments are presented.
