The problem of scheduling refers to the decision making for the location of groups of people according to time and space restrictions, characterized by the interests and abilities of the actors that make up a community, the conjunction of the factors generates a large space of possibilities for programming an efficient schedule. This study considered reviewing the problem thoroughly in the literature, generating a solution model focused on university characteristics and testing its benefits. The presentation of this study was developed with the objective of showing an alternative of opening dimensions of the typical approach to the programming of schedules, Chapter 1 justifies the existence of the research space that precedes the development of this work, a bibliographic review relevant to the Preparation of the proposed model in response to the first of the proposed objectives, the following section summarizes the methodology used for the development of the algorithm which is attached to this written work as a development of the second objective in Annex A, ending with the presentation of results of ITC database simulation and discussion of observed benefits and limitations including possible interesting approaches for future studies in compliance with the ultimate objective of the investigation.
