Resumen
At present the city of Ibague presents mobility problems due to the inappropriate use of vehicles for transport, this is demonstrated in the survey of citizen perception Ibague Como Vamos, where it gives a modal partition of 59% for public transport and 29% for the personal mobility, highlighting that no more than 12% of people move on foot or by bike, also according to data provided by the Ibague 2016 quality of life report, as regards the state of the roads, 41% are found in good condition, 20% regular and 39% in poor condition. (Informe de calidad de vida Ibague, 2016). In order to show the citizen, the costs, the time, kilometers traveled, etc. It has been proposed to carry out a study of four types of transports, which will be stored in a database, thus obtaining modal partitions of different people. It is expected that at the end of the work it will be observed that the best modes of transport are cycling and walking due to the benefits in terms of health and economy.
