The development of this monograph, had as purpose the formulation of the business plan for the company ALEA S.A.S belonging to the textile sector of the city of Ibagué. The following business plan has as its purpose the creation of a clothing and merchandising company for men's garments, they want to enter the textile market, through the marketing of garments and making inroads in shirts and shorts. The target audience to which the business will be directed, will be men between the age is the segmentation that is between 20 to 39 years and has 30.34% of the population and socioeconomic stratum 3 and 4 of 26% and 5 and 6 of 11%. In order to achieve the general objective, four objectives were defined that allowed the diagnosis of the environment in which the company ALEA SAS was developed, in which the analysis of the competition was carried out, through the study of the market where a proposal was generated of market strategies. In addition, a technical and operational analysis was carried out, where a process diagram and an analytical coursegram of the process were proposed, an organizational analysis was proposed, through the use of the SWOT matrix; the application of the descriptive methodology, the interpretation and analysis of the information collected and assessment, which leaves as added value the proposal of a business plan to generate innovation and quality in the processes of the company studied.
