Resumen
Ibague is a developing city; therefore, it was thought about the strategic methodology of providing a place that helps the Tolimenses and visitors in the development of knowledge and learning about science and the new technologies used around our planet, but also emphasizing the importance of our culture and the environment that surrounds us thus offering a complete development in the human being as a citizen. Science and children's museums, interactive centers and similar are inscribed within the concepts of the new museology that, since the 80s, has broadened the scope of museology, extending to other spaces such as ecomuseums, museums of site, science centers, interactivity and technology, all of them employ innovative forms of expression and communication, maintaining the educational and social vocation of the museum. (Tamasco Torres, 2013) From this perspective, it seeks to implement in Ibague an equipment that offers cultural, scientific, technological and environmental learning proposals in a close, pleasant and fun way, through experimentation, interactivity and play, bringing the public closer to understanding and understanding of these areas of knowledge; thus achieving the positioning of a milestone in the city that will function as a pedagogical tool and scenario to share new teaching methods in order to disseminate technological and scientific training in the region, and achieve the appropriation of culture and the environment in children, youngsters and adults.
