Resumen

Through this research, the progress made by Manufacturas Impeca S.A.S in matters of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is evident. By the accomplishment of the objectives of this work, it is possible to identify two great moments that marked the company. The first one is the initial evaluation phase which is carried out through the application of the minimum standards of the Health and Safety Management System in Work regulated by Resolution 0312 of February 13, 2019; In accordance with the characteristics of Manufacturas Impeca SAS and in compliance with Article 16. Of Resolution 0312 of 2019 "Minimum standards for companies with more than fifty (50) workers", 60 standards are applied in the four blocks of the PHVA cycle, the which among other aspects include the assessment for the identification of hazards and risks, vulnerability analysis, management commitment. The second one, the development of the annual work plan with the partnership of the delegate for the OSH management system, the standards to intervene with goals, resources, schedule and responsibilities are stipulated, all in accordance with the prioritization of hazards and risks identified in the hazard and risk identification matrix. Finally, is developed the plan for the preparation and response to emergencies which includes the analysis of vulnerability and risk. As an added value, researchers and those in charge of the system carry out the development of the policy on safety and health at work, which establishes the commitments of management for the preservation of workers' health.
