Resumen

Co – Hábitat V, is an Urban and Housing Community with Coworking spaces for the new professionals in Ibague, that is born from the initiative to build less predatory, inclusive and productive cities. The urban and architectural project is generated in order to implement a sustainable development through its social, economic and environmental dimensions with the purpose of improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of a specific context and also of the new users that will come due to the opportunities offered by the mixture of housing, academic, work and recreation spaces in a strategic point of Ibagué. This project is born from the need to confront many of the main problems of the city, which are the high rate of youth unemployment, articulated spaces of coexistence and the lack of opportunities to acquire experience in the labor market. This model seeks to be replicable because the problem is not only at the municipal level, but also affects many other regions of the country in the same way..
