This research is explained by the fact that currently there are no companies with financial plans, which translate into financial decisions related to investment, financing and distribution of profits; reason for which the fulfillment of the proposed objectives is fulfilled. The research witnessed 4 stages focused on: diagnosis, strategic direction, financial plan and financial projections of the company. In the first, the company was analyzed from the inside to the context in which its main activity is developed, through the development of its financial diagnosis, thanks to the use of important tools such as vulnerability analysis, the construction of SWOT and the POAM. In the second stage, an evaluation of the strategic direction of the company is carried out, it is carried out in the mission, the vision, the corporate values that they have at present and the objectives that are centered in a certain period of time. In the third stage, a financial plan is described, part of the construction of objectives in this important area of the Company, a link is made with the policies that are currently implemented. Finally, in the fourth stage, the respective financial projections are prepared with their own basic financial principles that help the company in making decisions in the near future.
