Resumen

Through the guidelines of the National Accreditation Council (CNA, 2010), the self-assessment process is carried out for the Master's Degree in Quality Management. To this end, the level of compliance in terms of quality of the factors is evaluated: Compliance with the objectives of the program and coherence with the vision and mission of the university, welfare and institutional environment and last physical resources and administrative and financial management stipulated by the CNA 2010, where in addition, the characteristics of each factor are reviewed according to the evidences that are classified into three types (appreciative, documentary and indicator). Once the previous process is finished, it proceeds to weigh the characteristics and then the gradation process, allowing to propose improvement plans to obtain a high level of quality compliance for the master's degree, this is evidenced by means of a report with its results.
