Resumen

The objective of this degree work is to design strategies for compliance with the standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) of the company Coomplac (Multi-active Cooperative of Cachaco Banana Producers), under the established guidelines in Resolution 0312 of 2019 in the municipality of Natagaima. As a first measure, compliance with the minimum standards of the SG-SST will be evaluated according to resolution 0312 of 2019, then a diagnosis of working conditions will be made based on the Colombian Technical Guide GTC 45 version 2012. Having the main results of the previous evaluations, a plan for full compliance with the minimum standards and working conditions stipulated in the regulations will be developed. Finally, an emergency plan will be proposed in order to preserve the health and well-being of employees without affecting the flour production process. The improvement plan seeks to standardize the evacuation process in the event of a possible disaster in the entity.
