It is necessary for the company Color´s Editorial S.A.S. to establish a diagnosis that facilitates the fulfillment of the productive activity to the collaborators of the company, considering that the lack of this tool is tá generating inconveniences in the organization in terms of development, strengthening, permanence, positioning and competitiveness within the graphic sector in the country. This company has a group of 14 workers, handles names and positions defined, but not procedures and specific responsibilities, which leads to the concentration of functions, high costs and low performance, reducing their chances of competing in the environment. as well as the development of their productive capacity. Color´s Editores S.A.S. has a great trajectory in the graphic media of the city, as well as a good performance level. However, it is important to consider that some companies in the environment have state-of-the-art technology, highly qualified personnel, very high capi tal investment and specialized processes that place them at the forefront in the sector, so to elaborate this document will result in the correct and timely execution of one of the tasks entrusted, promoting standardization at work, saving time and effort, maximizing human, financial and technological resources, as a fundamental principle in order to obtain a better excellent organizational performance, allowing a high level of competitiveness in the sector graphic.
