dc.descriptionEsta investigación trabajó con un proyecto de tamaño estándar desarrollado en Alemania, perteneciente a una empresa activa a nivel internacional en el sector de la logística y la automatización de almacenes, el cual tuvo una duración de un año y dos meses, y un presupuesto entre 1 M€ y 2,5 M€. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se empleó el modelo Collaboration Characterization Project Management (CCPM) propuesto por Meisel (2016) junto con el uso del análisis de redes (AR), con el fin de caracterizar y entender las relaciones de colaboración entre los Roles de un Equipo de Proyecto (REP) de una Cadena de Suministro Orientada por Proyecto (CSOP). Adicionalmente, se analizó la evolución de la estructura de la red colaborativa a través de las diferentes fases del ciclo de vida del proyecto, en el que se evidenció que independientemente de la fase del proyecto, los REP tienden a trabajar en comunidades. Con esta caracterización se buscó información que sirva para generar lineamientos en la formulación de estrategias de mejora en las comunicaciones y relaciones colaborativas entre los miembros y áreas involucradas en la CSOP.es_CO
dc.description.abstractThis research worked with a standard-sized project developed in Germany, belonging to a company active internationally in the logistics and automation warehouses sector, which had a duration of one year and two months, and a budget between 1 M€ and 2.5 M€ million euros. The Collaboration Characterization Project Management (CCPM) model proposed by Meisel (2016) was used for the development of the research in conjunction with the use of Network Analysis (AR), in order to characterize and understand the collaborative relationships between Project Team Roles (PTR) of a Global Supply Chain (GSC). Additionally, the evolution of the collaborative network structure was analyzed through the phases of the project’s life cycle, in which demonstrated that independently of the phase of the project, the REP tend to work in communities. This characterization sought information to generate guidelines in the formulation of strategies for improvement in communications and collaborative relationships between the members and areas involved in the CSOP.en
