Resumen

The Master's program in Quality Management of the University of Ibagué, presents the need to have a documented process and delimited under the guidelines of a self-assessment model, which is of great importance when seeking to offer a program of quality and in search of permanent progress. For this reason, the Master's Degree in Quality Management executes a self-assessment process, in order to identify the needs of the program, within a systematic model that leads to continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence, which is formulated under the Colombian norm. as it is the National Accreditation Council and can be applied to the specifications that any postgraduate program may have. That is why a self-evaluation model of postgraduate programs is designed, which is born as a result of an analytical judgment of several self-assessment models that are found at national and international level and that has the support and inclusion of management tools such as the PHVA Cycle, the DOFA Matrix and the IGO Matrix.
