Resumen

In the Centennial neighborhood of the city of Ibagué, the company Dental Advance S.A.S is located, which offers Oral Health services. This dental clinic provides the services of General Dentistry, Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Rehabilitation, Oral Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, and Orthodontics. This project seeks to design a survey of its mission processes, with the objective of having greater control of each of the processes and subprocesses presented in the dental clinic during the provision of the service. The tools we will use to carry out this process survey; they will be the characterization records; flowcharts; risk management; among others; with which we will help the Dental Advance S.A.S clinic be a more organized and efficient company in terms of providing services. The methodology carried out in this project is descriptive qualitatively since it is based on knowing the situation of the company, according to this situation, giving a diagnosis of how the clinic is in relation to its mission processes. From this diagnosis, the survey and the respective documentation of the mission process of the Dental Clinic S.A.S.
