Confections Lider S.A.S is a company dedicated to designing, producing and marketing high quality personalized clothing for different sectors of the industry, such as mining, oil, food, among others. Its main objective is based on continuous improvement to satisfy the needs of its clients, committed to corporate values and education. The company located in the city of Ibagué has problems in the cutting area with respect to the production of batches, because there is no control over the times and operations carried out by the operators, generating delays in both production and processing. fulfillment of orders to their respective clients. Therefore, it has been decided to carry out a time study in this area in order to analyze the movements and the route that each operator must perform in order to eliminate unnecessary operations that increase production time. This technique also allows to establish the work rate of each operator and the conditions that influence their respective area, since if they are not adequate they could generate inefficiency and increase manufacturing times. For the analysis of the results, an implementation program was proposed in which times, resources and responsible parties were defined.
