Decree 1072 of 2015, Book 2, Part 2, Title 4, Chapter 6 establishes for all Colombian companies the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SGSST), for which the Ministry of Labour by Resolution 0312 of 2019 defines the E Minimum standars that organizations must meet. Brahman S.A.S has the criteria for the application of the SG-SST, so they must comply with this regulation; With the research work will be directed to the distributor on the actions necessary to comply with this transition, which will include the implementation of an initial diagnosis to identify the needs in health and safety on the basis of the minimum standards, turn a hazard identification and risk assessment and in accordance with the foregoing, will analyze the standards of non-compliance to propose a plan of action And finally develop a plan for monitoring and enforcement of the standards.
