Resumen

This work carried out the market, technical, organizational and financial feasibility study of the Biux application business idea is carried out: Get out, know and share, it consists of a mobile application for cyclists, which provides relevant information, such as the different groups and rides that exist in a city, this in order that people can go out rides safely while they know different places in their city and share with other bike users. The different functionalities will facilitate the communication channels of the groups and improve the cycling experience. This business model seeks to reduce thefts and bicycle accidents in order to encourage the sport of cycling and in the same way promote shops on the different routes of the city. Added to these as a differential factor, what is sought is to create a whole community around cycling, which will allow to have a competitive advantage in the market.
