The present work identified the urban imaginaries of people with visual disabilities of the ENSI in relation to the city they inhabit in their daily lives, Ibagué. The recognition of the daily practices that are generated thanks to their participation and particular way of urbanizing a specific place according to their ways and rhythms of life. The urban environment plays an important role when understanding this population from an inclusive context, because some of its communicative practices, its recognition, interaction and participation, are guided from the city. The study focuses on the theory of Urban Imaginaries by Armando Silva. The methodology has a mixed approach. In the first place, the recognition was carried out with the sample; when identifying the context, the information gathering tool was adapted Form - Interview which seeks from its questions to gather the feelings of the citizens when they inhabit and signify their city. Subsequently, the data collected was analyzed according to the objectives and theoretical route of the investigation, in order to reach the conclusions.
