Resumen

The business diagnosis, the improvement plan and the impact proposal for the company CARNES LAS BRISAS had as main objective the review, identification, analysis and evaluation of the status of each of the areas of the administrative structure of the company, through the guide established by the Business Diagnostic Module (2012) to recognize what are the critical points that exist and suggest an action plan adjusted to the current needs of the meat market in the city of Ibagué and to the installed capacities with which the company has Subsequently, strategies were created in a DOFA matrix, combining environmental factors, in order to take full advantage of all the installed potential and favorable conditions of the sector. To make this feasible, there was a schedule and a series of detailed activities that together allow the proper development of the improvement strategies suggested in the recommendations.
