The Ministry of Social Protection in recent years has been creating legislation for comprehensive well-being for employees of an organization or company, including that related to psychosocial risks, that are why Resolution 2646 of 2008 was created, which establishes the provisions for the identification, evaluation, prevention, intervention and monitoring of psychosocial risk factors. This project focuses in a basic primary educational institution in the city of Ibagué who, in 2018, made a diagnosis based on batteries for the measurement of psychosocial risk of the Universidad Javeriana and the Ministry of Social Protection. At the end of this diagnosis, results were obtained that showed psychosocial risk in each of the factors (intra-labor, extra-labor and stress) that addresses the applied battery. Therefore, a proposal is proposed that is focused on phase II (evaluation) and III (prevention). Phase II carried out a statistical analysis of the correlation of variables that indicated the relationship of the sociodemographic and working variables of the staff with the results of the diagnosis of Psychosocial Risks made to this institution and in phase III an intervention plan was developed that proposes strategies with possible activities that contribute to the reduction and control of factors in detected risks. A timeline of improvement activities, in priority and preventive aspects, is proposed so that their implementation is aimed at reducing these factors and their effects, both on individuals and in the Organization.
