The project aims to contribute to sociocultural development focused directly on the environmental and tourism. The proposal of this educational model is to develop crops for the common good of the inhabitants of Toche and create a place of education on environmental protection and tourism management; this is generated from the entire environmental park of the Wax Palm that is in the place. A group of 10 volumes was designed as the main development of the project, which is divided as follows: Volume 1. Teachers' room, offices and handicraft trade conducted by the inhabitants of Toche. Volume 2. Cafeteria the main product is the arracacha (arracacha cake, chicha of arracacha, smoothies of arracacha, hamburger with bread based on arracacha flour) and trout. Volume 3. Peasant Memory Workshop for the development of the workforce of the inhabitants of the sector and their economy. The farmers will be worked directly in the coffee, pine and eucalyptus cultivation. Volumes 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. These are main service volumes; the educational classrooms have a variable student capacity, and room N. 6 has the facility of becoming an auditorium due to the mobility of its panels. Volume 5. The laboratory it has special equipment for the analysis of plants and species in the sector, taking into account environmental development and environmental protection.
