This project aims to design a work plan for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHS-MS) of the MARLENY RESTAURANT in Chaparral Tolima, according to Resolution 0312 of 2019 and then serve as a guide to implement it. Initially, a diagnosis was made on compliance with the minimum standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the organization. Subsequently, the hazard identification, evaluation and assessment matrix was carried out. Next, the Basic Sanitation Plan was designed according to the facilities and procedures of the restaurant. And finally, a schedule of activities was established to comply with the seven (7) minimum standards and intervene in the hazards with the highest level of risk to which workers are exposed.
