This research work is developed through a business diagnosis that contains a series of specific questions for each of the functional areas of the company, this type of questions can identify the strengths and weaknesses it has in its internal functioning, in addition to allowing it to address the external factors of the environment; the detected weaknesses will be corrected according to the requirements and needs of the company, these will be developed in a section that will be named as improvement plan and the same will be separated according to each area of the company; in the third section of this work will be developed a marketing plan expressly requested by the manager of the company Mr. Paul Guthrie, this is due to the spare part that is being made in the marketing area. Therefore, this work is expected to be taken as a point of reference by management, due to the serious, correct and reliable development that will be given to it and with a single dedication where real results will be obtained and are expected to be positive by the completion of the business diagnosis, improvement plan and strengthening the marketing area with a marketing plan. It is necessary to mention that this work will be carried out with information taken from the present and if in a long period the same one can be not relevant for the company according to the time in which it is wished to revise the same one.
