Resumen

During the development of this research work, opting for the title of Industrial Engineer, an accompaniment was carried out to the group of workers in the clothing area of the Carolina Praxedis Group of Artunduaga S.A. in the city of Ibagué, in order to achieve a characterization of work activities, based on a sociodemographic analysis, from a matrix of occupational risks and from the objectives of GTC 45 of 2012, in order to obtain sufficient inputs and elaborate an improvement plan that contributes to the working conditions of the operators, and in turn the productivity for the company. Thus, during the analysis of the results obtained in the execution of this research work, it can be observed that it is necessary to implement improvement actions that contribute to the daily activities of the workers in the clothing area, in this way, the socio-demographic profile shows us It allowed to know particularities of the daily life of the workers who in turn are essential for their work within the company. On the other hand, during the analysis of the matrix of occupational risks, associated with the daily activities of the group of workers in the clothing area within the company, it was possible to identify that it still does not have an update of the regulations associated with the pandemic of the Covid19. For this reason, an update was made where it is suggested to the company to update it.
