Resumen

The present work consists of proposing the diagnose of the health and safety at work management system for the company Hard Truck SAS according to Resolution 0312 of 2019 taking some points of Resolution 1111 of 2017, this in order to assess the status in which the company is in terms of compliance with standards, so that the health conditions of workers are improved, in order to have a better competitiveness at a commercial level in terms of labor. Having said the above, the compliance with the minimum standards of the health and safety at work management system was initially assessed through resolution 0312 of 2019, after which the legal and risk matrix was carried out according to the activity On the other hand, the company was suggested prevention and correction actions; Finally, the work plan was structured to carry out the management manual. The preparation of the annual work plan was carried out with the objective of helping soon to the decision-making and growth of the company.
