Resumen
Toxicological and toxinological aspects of the venom of females and spider males. They are a kind of importance in Colombia. The LD50 of the venom was determined on Ctenus sp and Hemidactylus frenatus; The dams were injected with the poison to determine the LD50 with different solutions diluted in Ringer's solution; supplied supplied were: 1,100, 500, 1000, 1200, 1800, 2000, 2200 mg / kg of animal for Ctenus sp., 2, 2.3, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4.5, 5, 8 mg / kg of animal for Hemidactylus frenatus To estimate the LD50, consult the following 24 hours and analyze the data in a generalized linear model. The results for LD50 in the volume were 2.03 and 639.5 mg / kg for Hemidactylus frenatus and Ctenus sp., Respectively. In the females it was 2.20 mg / kg and 4244.21 mg / kg for Hemidactylus frenatus and Ctenus sp., Respectively. The antioxidant properties were determined with cyclic voltammetry, the peaks were confirmed that confirm the presence of antioxidant properties of the venom between sexes, being higher in the females. The amount of material produced for females was 6.3 ± 3.6 μL while males 3.3 ± 1.8 μL. The protein content in females was 0.025 mg and males 0.01 mg. The results indicate that the poison of the telephone machines is more effective and toxic on the prey and also it shows a great amount in the vertebrates, although the people obtained a production of poison and also a mayor property antioxidant.
