This project aims to create a business plan for the elaboration of artisan granola in the city of Ibagué, whose purpose is to its inhabitants a quality product that provides nutritional benefits at the time of consumption. Within the development of the work, the problem to be investigated is detailed, seeing it as a business opportunity. It also describes the background of the research, the origin of the cereal (granola) and components. It specifies the presentation of the business plan and product, the strategic platform, market aspects, technical and production aspects, organizational aspects and finally the financial aspects are presented. The financial study refers to the investment plan, the determination of income and costs, the financing, the cash flow and the financial indicators are detailed.
