Resumen

The main objective of this project was the design of a chicken collection machine; to solve the problem of non-technified poultry farms, which have problems for the collection of said raw material. Three alternatives were evaluated to solve this problem. The dominant machine, that is, the one chosen; The main parts are a cylindrical brush driven by an electric motor and responsible for launching the chicken manure to the storage box. Therefore, it was required to make a prototype, since this allowed trial and error to find the speed of rotation of the roller to be able to throw the chicken manure to the box; The result of the speed was 1200 rpm. Doing the calculations found the engine power which should be 1 hp. Upon obtaining these data, the selection of components and materials that together improve the operation of the machine, and already having all the above, were made workshop drawings, manuals and budget of the machine.
