Resumen

This research project serves as support for degree work within the programs of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering of the University of Ibagué, the selected topic is the analysis of the Logistics Management Model implemented in the company Construcciones y Consultorias Integrales JP SAS, dedicated to maintenance and repair of buildings, maintenance of road infrastructures and other related activities of civil engineering, with greater emphasis on the analysis of logistics management processes related to the supply chain, regarding the management of acquisitions or purchases , exit of materials, storage and the respective inventories. The general objective of the research is to evaluate in the first instance, the logistics management model implemented in the company JP SAS integral constructions and consultancies and from there, to recommend some strategies that contribute to improving their services in the different functional areas of the company adopting new actions to obtain better and successful results.
