A study and diagnosis has been done on the level of compliance and technical requirements to identify the priorities and needs of health and safety in the city council of Dolores, Tolima. In order to do that, an initial evaluation of the basic standards of the health and safety's system has been done. An internal audit was done in order find any failures. A vulnerability analysis, as well as an estimate of risks and failures encountered at the work place, also those that involved any contractors working for the entity were taken into consideration. All of the above mentioned, has been done to present an implementation plan to the council of Dolores, so that they comply with the minimum standards according to the SG-SST. A detailed list of the actual requirements that the council should comply by was presented.it included the suggestions of what needs to be changed (improved) in order to comply to the current policies and procedures. This implementation plan has been presented as the last requirement and needs to take place on the year 2019 to comply with the legal work health and safety policies and procedures.
