Resumen

The Political Constitution of Colombia in article 52 recognizes the right of all its inhabitants to practice a sport, take advantage of their free time and recreation for that reason it orders the state to promote these activities and at the same time to inspect the sport organizations, the one in charge of developing this mandate is the law of sport (Law 181 of 1995), with relation to this article and as objective of social inclusion the national sport games are carried out that are considered the maximum sport event of the country. This is why the population of the city chosen as the venue for these games begins to have a series of positive expectations related to economic development, opportunities for young athletes and for sports leagues in terms of training and growth of the social and financial sectors, who expect greater investment, tourist attraction and the most important aspect, improving sports spaces with positive impacts in the long term.
