Resumen

Health Service Provider Institutions are all entities, associations and individuals, whether public, private or mixed economy, that are in charge of promoting and providing the user with all the main services offered by the EPS. These are aimed at ensuring the user an efficient service, where the fundamental right to health is not infringed and the physical integrity of the patient is paramount. Based on the above, this project will document the main factors that affect the quality of service at IPS Cardiología Siglo XXI and that impair its optimal operation in order to propose improvement alternatives for the performance of the system by applying Hospital Logistics.
