Currently small and medium enterprises are aimed at entering or exploring the international market, this work is aimed at studying and developing the export plan for the company Porcitolima is a company dedicated to the production and marketing of fertilizer, this company is in the agricultural sector and one of its aims is to meet the needs of consumers through the quality and variety of products. the company wants to enter a new market. The second step is the analysis of the target market that in this case is Chile because the company wants to enter the Chilean market for this an analysis of some variables will be made to analyze this market. In addition, a sectorial analysis of the selected market must be made with the purpose of identifying the main competitors, the behavior of the consumers and the opportunities and threats that can be presented in this market. Also, the proposal of marketing is made, and finally, the logistics of export to the selected market for the product of the company.
