One of the many aspects that have impacted and marked trend in recent years, to much of society in general, is related to the use of Information and Communication Technologies -ICT, which has permeated various spheres in processes such as, the interaction of people, the way in which proceedings are made before entities, the storage of information, the purchase and sale of products and / or services, likewise, the various training processes of teaching-learning. ICTs in the educational context have generated debate and analysis with respect to whether their use is necessary in the educational milieu; therefore, at present there is talk of TACs (Technologies for Learning and Knowledge), which, depending on the needs of each person, will know when, where and how a new educational model could be developed that unifies technology, methodology and curriculum, but these must be duly certified and endorsed under the necessary quality and accreditation standards.
