This work was focused on the threat that represents for the mobility of the university community inside the facilities of Universidad de Ibagué the extreme weather represented by precipitations. In that way it has been proposed as objective to define the routes that may be covered inside the institution, to conect all the facilities and minimize the total distance as well as it is done in the minimum spanning trees, by which to achieve this objective a review of the literature that allow to find the solution to this problem was carried out, finding Kruskal algorithm as referent to find the minimum spanning tree in the route network of the Universidad de Ibagué. Later a mathematic model was formulated based upon integer linear programming with binary variables, which aimed to prove that what was done with the application of the Kruskal algorithm had been efective to find the minimum spanning routes in the network. Having found an optimum solution it was designed an implementation plan for this work that is aimed to continue in other Works in the institution.
